Went to the vintage car races (CVAR) this past weekend @ Texas World Speedway and saw two cars using 13" Avon tires. They appeared to be street tires as they weren't slicks. I wasn't familiar with the cars but both were rear engined running what appeared to the FORD Kent engines. The front of the car also hinged forward like the TR Spitfires. Tried to read the sidewall but could only make out 13". I've searched @ Tire Rack but they don't list Avon Tires.
Any guesses?
