Very new Azenis mounted on my '01 Miata, less than 1000 miles. One went flat today with no obvious puncture, but it has a bubble in the tread about half the size of my palm. Uuhhh... WTF?
Anybody have experience with a failure like that? These things have a warranty?
Can you bring it back to the place where you bought them? I had Azenis RT-615s mounted on my wheels this past June and haven't had a single problem with them other than the wheels being incorrectly balanced. I brought the wheels back a month after I bought them and the tire store rebalanced them for free.
Just today, I did run over what looked like half of a rusty anti-roll bar on my way to work (that must have been a bad day for someone). I don't think it punctured the tires, but I'll test the air pressure before I go home tonight.
Have hit anything with them? It sounds like a bruise or a belt failure. You need to have them looked at preferrably at the place that you bought them.

I saw a bubble last week on a 100% brand new tire. It had 0 miles on it. I'd take it back to where you bought it.
+1 one for a slipped belt. Take it/send it back. Could be a pothole or curb, (DENY, DENY, DENY) could be a manufacturer's defect. It happens to the best of 'em.
