Saw the notification in the locker room this morning. I should be home from work in about 8 hours. Thankfully it won't get spoiled.
Just watched it. Entertaining as usual. Now intrigued with what will come next.
Oh, and there's a very amusing cameo.
They've been producing new episodes with much greater frequency lately!
Also, slight PTSD from seeing a DOHC engine on a stand
Who are the guys in the cameo?
I don't want to spoil this quite yet so I won't discuss the content quite yet.
Bad Obsession and Skid Factory have had a subtle back and forth for a while. Both cameos were pretty funny.
Okay, I am home, I am watching this, I am at the 5:09 mark.
I am not going to spoil, but let's just say, this is NOT the direction I was expecting, but also? I approve.

Patience....don't jump to conclusions.

The conclusion I jumped to was the correct one.
He'd just got done talking about high revving homologation engines, and the giant-turbo engines that followed them that had "Biblical turbo lag", then lamented the modern turbos that could provide that power with seamless, antiseptic drivability. "So we decided we wouldn't fit one."
What is interesting is that I have a modern, seamless no-lag turbo to bolt in to my fancy 2.3l Audi engine... but there's a couple old school K27s on eBay that would provide the "wait for it... wait for it... waait for it.... *WHAM!!!*" proper 80s turbo effect. And I am sorely tempted to go for it.
