Well that had it all.

  • An SUV rant
  • Fabrication porn
  • Jokes about trigonometry
  • Elephant scrotum references

Did I really just watch 30 minutes of someone setting up a wiper assembly?

Binky never fails to entertain. Anyone else catch the amount of dust build up on the car when installing the rear windscreen?

In reply to The0retical :

Yep. I also loved the addition of a timer to show actual fabrication time.

The math typo on the white board bugged me for way too long.

I absolutely love watching these guys build stuff. That's going to be a impressive car when it gets finished.

At the same time, I have no interest in building anything like it.

The correct number is 28.57.  This means that the true value of the hypoteneuse is, er, 52.46mm.  Which I think was the actual value he'd arrived at.  (If he'd worked off of 28.75, then the hypoteneuse would have been 52.56mm, which actually DOES round up to 53mm)

Something tells me he did the work beforehand and (dramatic voice) the bit with the whiteboard was all for show!!!!

Oh my yes.  Handprints and all.  Photoshop must have crashed numerous times for that much dust to settle on the roof while editing in the glass.
