After nearly 15 years of driving old, high mileage worn out cars I was finally able to treat myself to something new and nice!
2018 Stinger GT2 AWD. Every option imaginable. Sticky rubber. Let the fun begin

Cool car, how do you like it so far?

Well I've put a total of about 10 miles on it, but I absolutely love it! It is deceptively quick!
Congratulations. The Stinger is a sleeper to all but car guys like us. It will be fun when some BMW guy looks down at "just a Kia," and you blow his doors off. That's a cool car.
Love the color, congrats on the purchase!
love that color. ya know I see TOO many similarly styled Beemers and Porkers around town so when I see the odd Kia Stinger I actually look at it. It's handsome. I hope it treats you to miles of smiles.
I just read a column in Octane magazine this afternoon about how strange it is that the styling of BMWs has taken a second seat to Kias. The Stinger is a pretty nice looking car.
Nice, there are two of those at my work garage, they look pretty great in person.

also strange that you can buy the Kia with a manual but can't buy a BMW with one.....

Great choice - I love that color!
Nice! I agree, the color is great
In reply to Storz :
funny my 1.6 is deceptively slow. Loud. Pedestrians look around but I still get smoked by Chevy Sparks. The 2.0 has a little more grunt so occasionally I look down and see I'm breaking the speed limit which reminds me of an article by a British journalist in most likely the weekend Guardian driving a Dodge Daytona about how he didn't realize the speed from the mid-90s.
A new car like the Stinger would take a day or two to adapt to.

I'm a BMW guy since '71. I currently drive a '76 2002 with e30 M3 engine, a '98 M3 and a '16 M3. I've driven a stinger & was very favorably impressed. I'm not looking down on "just a Kia". Nice ride, I expect you will enjoy it.

Not according to their website, unless you count flappy paddle shifting.

NICE! Congrats man!
Too bad I almost flattened one of them today in a parking lot. Blonde that was driving it decided to run a stop sign and then stop right in font of me. Luckily I saw it coming and was already covering the brakes when I realized she wasn't going to stop. That 4x4 full size truck loaded with a bed full of lumber would have done a number on the side of that car.

Thanks all. Just got back from a nice cruise on (at least for this area) some fun twisty roads, this is a proper GT car :)

Nice. I really like these, and I think it's a great direction for Kia/Hyundai to take.
I'll be very interested to hear about your ongoing experience with it.
I really like these. Ok now the “but”. I came up on one from behind and I was underwhelmed with its looks from behind. Now mind you it was not bad. I think I was expecting more. Not sure what “more” is at the moment.
Lap of luxury over here! Great choice on the colour, too
