if the budget could stretch up a bit you get many more options. There was 10 black ones under 13k with in 100 miles of me.

So I guess the answer would be "lovely"...
And what is she doing next to Jimmie Johnson?
In reply to KyAllroad (Jeremy) (Forum Supporter) :
My Fiesta took a hit like that only in the drivers door. Didn't even get a bruise.

KT Records presents the Allroads! Yessir, she's a headstrong cliff climber that bowls over Jeeps and he's never passed up on a challenge, There's NO ravine too wide or gap too deep for this 70s brother & sister duet that just moved up from VFW and Moose halls of Lixington, KY. Their latest 45 can be yours for only $1.99 + S&H.
You're welcome for the PSA.

Glad she's OK.
Not really MB is a good place to be sitting in a car wreck

The Benz did exactly what it was designed to do. The most spectacular race cars crashes are the ones where parts are flying and the car ends up looking like a ball of tin foil and then the driver climes out looking for the backup car. The ones that usually kill a driver are a sudden stop and usually don't look like much (Dale Earnhardt crash is an example).
The damage to the car in the original photo is a big reason why I drive a Merc. You walk away. The car is completely sacrificial for the well being of the occupancy of the car and to some degree the people in the other car as well. Had the Merc not absorbed and dissipated all the energy of the crash by crumpling up as it did, I bet that the people in the other car would not have been so luck. Imaging if the OPs sister had been driving a full frame 1980's half ton pickup truck. That would have most likley ended up much worse for everyone involved.
