Its a extremely low mileage last year of the 6th gen Si coupe.  that is stock and not beat and modded to hell.

I mean, I kind of get it. Finding a stock, low mileage example is pretty rare these days. This will probably remain a outlier for a few years, but don't expect these to go anywhere but up.

I am in agreement with you. I am very happy to see the numbers. I have sold 2 Japanese coupes on BAT super low mileage, and have done quite well. Not to mention the two FJ cruisers I sold and made a nice 20K profit.

There are few people picking up FJ cruiser left and right to flip (one guy bought 13 of them last month just to stash them away.) Most owners don't know the value yet, so good time to find a few. Owners of these will get scent of them quite soon.

I have 7 more to sell, all sub 10,000mile Japanese F&F cars and I know a good amount that more people do out here in the west as well, some with delivery miles stashed in inner city warehouses. You will see all of us putting them up for sale in the next 24-36 months for sure and cash it all in. 

Man. Maybe I shouldn't have cut mine up....

I get it though. Makes more sense to me than the restored muscle cars that go $150k+ because of whatever rare option combo they had

this cannot be stated enough.. I figured it was gonna peak at $30-35k but $50k??? that's insane.. I mean that's a beautiful example.. but they're not THAT cool... 

BAT is so good for sellers. I'm not sure who's buying stuff there, but I should strive to sell to them.

At least with BAT they bidders and buyers aren't being egged on, on live TV. The only pressure is self inflicted. I truly hope the buyer is happy with his (gender assumption) purchase.
