I sold my first Miata to free up funds for the Challenge build (another Miata being built largely from donated and really cheap bits and pieces, and it looks the part).
The person that I sold the car to blew the head gasket, says he was being stupid, but now is t interested in it. I have a '99 head that was going to go onto the Challenge car, but could easily enough go onto this one. I can buy it back for $500, figuring $100-200 for the gaskets and other bits that I would need to get it back in good running shape. Any downfall, other than bringing it to the Challenge instead of the car we've been building for the under $1000 class for nearly two years?
