I assume that it's a morning get-together for car owners. Like a car show over coffee.
He's taking his 8 and 11 year old kids (which is awesome btw!)
That was my assumption. Cars and Coffee meets have gotten a lot more popular lately, and for good reason IMO. At least in the NOVA region there's a huge variety of nice cars in a laid back atmosphere. No rules, no judging, just gather around and show off/chat.
Sorry about my lack of clarity. It is a car show in Alpharetta Ga. It may now be my favorite car show. There was a huge diversity of vehicles form every genre.WWII Jeeps,Ferraris,Faxrarris,
Oops. Fauxrarris,A sick 70s era custom Camaro, British sports cars, Mustangs of every stripe including a Boss 351 and GSP coupe, Bikes of every kind, This crazy wonderful Topolino drag/street car, Maseratis, Lambos, a few one off autocross looking tube frame thingies,Beautiful 80s BMW M6, Lifted 80s Civic wagon, Only 2 Saabs (one of which was ours) Lotus aplenty, A Starquest, Evo's, Benz's including a 6.3 AMG wagon, Trucks, One very very slick 67 Malibu with its tv show car guy owner hiding nearby. Vettes, Vipers, Several exceptionally attractive females. XKE's,50s and 60s trucks. Yeaboy! We loved it.
