C4 Vette calipers came in 2 widths. You want the J55 pkg caliper (heavy duty).
C5 is a better choice if you're fabbing parts anyhow. Lots of pad choices and cheaper than the C4 stuff.

The c5 stuff is nice but the pistons are very small. It would probably require a master cylinder diameter that doesn't exist. I don't see any compelling reason for all the extra parts swapping when the f body stuff fits better. Am I missing something?
