Racing in reverse?
See, a C4's engine bay is rather crowded, so the guy had to mount the flux capacitor SOMEwhere. Also, where he's going, they don't need either roads or level flight, so that explains the wing. The added rear track I can't help you with.
The thing I can't help thinking about is that, on some level, the perpetrator must have thought this salad of silliness would help him get chicks, and I am really trying hard not to imagine the kind of young women on whom it would work.

I like GPS's answer.

I think I saw it shared to Ugly and Oddball Auto Appreciation.
I don't think anyone here is going to be able to explain that. We tend to be more focused on things that make a Vette go faster.
To me this looks more like some decided to make the doodlings of 6 to 10-year-old into a lifesize drivable vehicle. If thats the case, it's awesome! I wish someone had done that for me. If this the design of an adult, I respect the fact that he or she actually built it. That is more than I have done with most of my ideas recently.

i'll bet you 10 million dollars.
When new, the Lamborgini rear spoiler was a $8k option and it actually made the car slower at top speed (more drag.)
Who wants to bet the Corvette has the front spoiler too?
I actually saw a little more Pantera in it.
Someone really wanted a GT5 but didn't want to pay the 80K
