Pretty much anything with a longitudinal engine with the waterneck front and center. Better question is car with the hardest change.

4.7 Chryslers. Of course it has to be on the lower hose with everything in the way... LSx's aren't much better with the lower hose, but at least you get a spot to remove it.

The one in my 200 i6 is stone simple. So are sbc and sbf thermostats.

Ford Zetecs(ZX2 and some Focus) is right up front.

I hope I never have to change the one on my Fiesta.

Miata was easy. Dodge Intrepid was frozen hell. Who puts a thermostat on the side of an engine under the alternator and next to the oil filter? Who stakes it in so the FSM suggests an angle grinder as a removal tool? Who couldn't finish it in 5 hours before they lost all sensation while lying on Iowa winter concrete? Dodge. Dodge. This guy.

Seconding (thirding?) the Miata recommendation.

Changing the thermostat on a 1.6 is easier than changing the oil filter.
