Would a e- bay auction similar to what has ben owned for some time be a fair way to set fmv on parts?
Also can there be an excemption on radio and speakers on cars driven to event?

Can't answer the FMV part, but the radio is easy. Just cut a radio into a plastic tool box with 2 speakers cut into each end, run a power/ground fused lead out a hole in the back. Then tap in to a power and ground source. If it's a CD player and you don't care about local radio, you're done. If you want local radio you can add an antenna extension and plug that in too. That's what we did as company driver's when we didn't have assigned tractors, this way we had a radio we could pull out and hook up fast. If it's not in the car when you get down there it's not a part of your budget.
