I'm working on my entry for this year's challenge and I don't see a link to any rules for $2013 yet. I understand they might not yet be available but I can't even reference the 2012 rules since they're not on the challenge page anymore either?!?! The most recent ones I can find are from 2011. Anyone have a link to the 2012 rules?
