What the hell is wrong with people and getting titles when they buy a car?

I have fantasies of one of these sub-$1000 320s with a big honkin turbo and giant box flares.

That reminds me - a couple days ago I was driving home from work and some kid passed me in a bosozoku-style BMW 320i, with the big giant tailpipes sticking up in the air. First one I've ever seen in person, and not the sort of thing one would expect in Minneapolis.

I've been there, and have friends here who moved from there. What you say is true, but there's no denying that the accent exists.

I just picked up the same year/model/mileage car for $200. I made sure the guy dug around and found the old title for it before I drove up to see it. He wasn't sure that he even had it, but somehow found it, thankfully.
