Hey guys. When I bought my 78 RX-7 from the original owner nearly 15 years ago the seats had aftermarket covers on them. They still do to this day. They are really nice and in great condition. The original owner also included the factory covers with the drivers side having a slight seam separation. I had an upholstery shop fix the seam a few years ago. I've never replaced these covers however. Mostly because I don't know what I'm doing. Also I wonder if I should even do it. I like the aftermarket seat covers, but the factory ones are better looking with the perforated centers. Should I do this. If so, any pointers? I saw Ant from Wheeler Dealers do it and it seemed simple enough, but I don't know if it was the magic of TV, or that he's done it a thousand times before. I'll post some pics of both seat covers so you can see the difference between the two.
