I have an early 2000 Chevy express van that needs quite the detailing. The previous owner was a total slob, and I'm pretty sure they simply threw empty pop cans, and food containers in the passenger side foot well. I really need to shine this baby up and sell it. What is going to be the best chemical to remove years of soda pop sugar, and barbecue sauce and other crazy crap like that? It's that early 2000's, grainy cheap Chevy interior.
Purple power and a brush for areas you can rinse. Maguires interior detail spray and a brush followed by another application with a microfiber towel. Worked wonders on my grubby GM product.

With how many of those vans are in junkyards right now, I would rather throw that mess away and just install a clean door panel from a different van.

And I would rather clean a panel in thirty minutes, rather than spend 30minutes removing ONE panel, only to remove the other panel for thirty minutes, plus the trip to the junkyard, and, oh, let's just assume none of the plastic clips break along the way, because THAT never happens. plus, who wants to throw another thing in the dump?

That's the benefit of Cheap GM hard plastic interiors. They clean up nicely!
Spray Nine cleaner worked awesome when I was cleaning up a nasty interior recently. Dirt and grease just dissolves after you spray it and then a quick wipe with the cloth leaves the part looking good.
I accidently found out that Folex carpet spot remover found at the orange box store is awesome at cleaning plastic doors. I was trying to clean the dirty arm hanging out the window spot on my Ram. a couple shots of Folex and the grime was gone.
