What clutch brand, from what store would you recommend?
For a daily driver with the occasional autocross and rallycross.
The one on my 2011 kia forte sx 2.4l is slipping. Still drivable, if with care.
Oreillys Power Torque is the closest to me, and best price at $390.
Next up is a Sachs at Autozone for $550. (Duralast is $362)
Both include slave cylinder.
Would be replaced by a shade tree mobile mechanic. Not me. He's quoted me $500 in labor. Which is probably half of what a shop would charge. He has done some work on my jeep xj.
Thank you in advance.

Personally, I would order the clutch kit and a flywheel from RA, unless your mechanic has plans to get the original flywheel resurfaced.
I loathe RockAuto because they've screwed me over too many times, but that is a good price with slave for the LUK. Valeo is the OEM supplier on those. At least the LUK is also Korean manufactured.
The LUK does have a good price.
Thank you

I almost responded to this yesterday to say that I've had really good luck with Rock Auto. I opened my box of parts last night and found incorrect gaskets. I'm not sure how, but this is clearly your fault!
In reply to Motojunky :
I haven't bought from them in a couple years. After the previous 3 transactions in a row cost me money for parts I couldn't use, I stopped. One their catalog was wrong, one was picked wrong and one was my fault but they refused the return even though the box had only been opened to check the part. This was right after they nixed their human CS and everything was done online by a questionaire. I learned my lesson. Plenty of places willing to take my money and not screw me.
