Weight is a huge deal.
Weight then rules out copper water pipe, Especially 1.25" or larger, which is also going to cost a ton... so to speak.
Dave try Marmon Keystone out in East Hampton Mass if its tubing they sell it! I get my DOM from them. You may also with to check with a hydraulics shop like US Hydraulics up in Manchester NH they can lay out some nice oil lines. Those half-width Honda Civic radiators are cheap. Like, really cheap. At one point I was considering running a pair of them in a parallel/V-mount configuration.

Awesome. I'll be keeping the oil cooler up front, but I do want to replace the lines and reposition for better air flow.

Civic radiators was the first thing I thought of as well.
