Ah, the LP400S...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L0SbGAghMZw

It's like wanting to get into/stay in a bad relationship when all of your friends are telling you it's a bad idea.

I'm still so taken with every superficial aspect of these cars that I don't want to accept that they're a nightmare. I mean-listen to that engine!!! Look at how deadsexy that shape is!!!

Dammit!!! Stop c---blocking my fantasy!!!

I can't believe they used that awful song twice

Because Hollywood isn't afraid to beat a dead horse http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdcIhqO6G9Y

A Countach is like an elephant, nice to look at but you wouldn't want to own one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AtQPjgzV1kA&feature=fvw

That clip was responsible for a lot of fantasies my generation.

That car has been through a high-dollar resto:

I don't care. If money was a non issue I'd still own one, even if cost of ownership worked out to a $20-30/mile average

My memory isn't what it used to be, but I wasn't it the first Cannonball Run movie that had the two babes in the Lambo with water based paint on it? Quick rinse with a garden hose and white Lambo became Red Lambo. Classic scene. I think I need to find that movie and refresh my memory.

The color change was in the the second one. Went from white to red.

A little googling yielded this (which is semi NWS, so click carefully) http://forums.superiorpics.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/posts/1373771

Those are the chicks in the black LP400S in the 1st one.
