apparently they do, but it will cost you a cool half-million

Seriously though, this ad is so stupid I hope it is someone's (successful) attempt at trolling the internet. I suspect that phone number does not belong to a person trying to sell a 3000gt for $500,000

Guys....guys...., Pay attention: it was once owned by a FORUM member; I mean a REAL forum member! WOW! I can just hear the moisture seeping into silk panties at the mere mention of those words!
After the epic work done by Mazdeuce on the PanzerVagen, our stock as a group has risen biggly. We is like Celebs. Like Startup Oracles even!
Off to admire myself....
$500K for an overweight, overcomplicated, underpowered, underperforming, unreliable car that's been largely forgotten by the tuning community? What a steal!
If that one is too rich for your blood...There is always this nice Emerald Green one with otherwise the same description from the same seller on EBay for only $300k: Linky McLinkerson

I'm beginning to think I should start flipping old mercs on the forums name.
Someone better pick up the special Craigslist deal on the red one, cuz it's a million dollars on e-bay!
I find it truly amazing that he has two cars with the exact same description and production numbers, in different colors.
Guys, you're missing the point here. PAUL WALKER ONCE SAT IN ONE OF THESE IN A MOVIE! That's worth at least 500,000 internet dollars!
In reply to Crackers:
Paul Walker died a fiery death. I don't want to end up in a fire so I'll pass on this.
I started reading the ad as "RARE CARCASS RED PAINT" and thought, "They've taken this paint color naming thing to a whole new level." Then I re-read and felt almost as stupid as the seller . . . almost.

Well, I agree, spelling it out is nice. But CLEARLY, he did make an error.
In reply to Wall-e:
The 3000gt was pretty much the only one he didn't blow up or total though.
I can think of half-a-million better reasons to pass.
Hey, the guy's lighting up forums all over the automotive map. Obviously he believes bad pub is better than no pub. At first, I thought he added too many zeros but then he went through the effort of spelling it out. I guess the Mitsu forum knows where all the good drugs are.

I can think of a pool of about 60,000,000 people that might line-up to buy that.
Margie, Tom, David,
Are you guys using this thread to do Market research/pageview analysis? (You sneaky devils!!)

It's a Mitsu, so the maths are different. Mitsu shoppers lowball at a rate that is 8-10% of asking price, so you have to start high.

He's bound to get someone thinking they're making a joke offer of $5,000, and he'll take it.
You'll need to log in to post.
