I know I shouldn't want a Lincoln Blackwood, but...I want a Lincoln Blackwood. And here's a cheap one! Oh dear. I wonder how much Carmax would give me for a 1998 Lincoln Town Car...

I read somewhere that a company in Connecticut has the entire stock of spare body parts for the Blackwoods. The story was Ford was clearing out an warehouse of suicide door Continental parts, and this company specialized in restoring them. You had to purchase everything in the warehouse, and when they unloaded their purchase, there were all of the Blackwood inventory. It was past the 10 year limit that Ford had to maintain inventory for, and they had no interest in it. Can't remember the name of the company.

Despite my, shall we say "lack of enthusiam," for foxbody looks, something in me wants this WAY more than I should. It's just begging for some old 240Z style flares, fat tires, and non american muscle style wheels.

I wonder if it's Baker's Auto in Putnam, CT who always had a bunch of suicide-door Lincolns out front. He suffered a fire at his garage back in January that did a significant amount of damage.
BTW, I too, secretly lust after a Lincoln Blackwood. Maybe now that my house resto project is done, I can retire the old Ranger and get something a bit more gentrified.

For that price, it’d be fun to use it as a beater/work truck. I don’t usually see F150 Supercrews in that price range, unless they aren’t running.

I will be driving through there with an empty trailer soon. If this had the earlier front end I would be in real trouble.

Thought maybe someone would find this S interesting. Acquired from an estate sale, owner passed. How solid are Boxster chassis? What is entailed in a 100,000 mile checkup?

I didn't see the original price of the above vehicle but here's a Ford below.
$4,850. Not sure if legit.

still available, good thing it is far away and in a different country. It's even blue with white wheels. Love it.
C'mon hop in the Regal. Chingy reference.
Apparently it's a sleeper. This one is a little tongue in cheek but the as I've just learned the 3800 is a 90 deg Buick and this guy tells us was in Wards Top Ten.
It's also under the challenge price at $2k w/o insp. Moar expensive with.
Glad it doesn't have one of those cancer inducing back up cameras.
