Did you know that the rear floorboard is, well, a board? The front floorboard goes from the firewall to the rear of the second row seats. Then there is a step up, maybe 5" or 6". That upper floor goes from the back of the second row seats to the tailgate and is 3/4" plywood. We had one and when the whole family would go on over the road trips I was the kid sent under it with a wrench to hold the nuts on the seat frame bolts so they could be removed from the top.

In his defense, id be scared E36 M3less to get any liquid other than automotive fluid anywhere near an 80s Mitsubishi engine bay. It'd never run again....

Looking at that lot, I think I've been there to buy a car before. dude has some sweet stuff inside a hanger.
*edit. I think it's not CL. I think dude changed the ad. Listed a second car after selling the first and didn't have to pay the man $5. If it's the guy I think, it fits the bill.
Anyway, original ad was 1986 Mercury Capri GT. Manual, 5.oh, $2700. Looked very similar to my 80 mudstain.

There is a guy at work with a sweet red capri all done up and hot. He also has a 12v cummins swapped full size ford bronco...and others.
One of my unicorns just turned up 10 miles away. I have the money, but no space and time right now. Going to have to think about it anyway.

Not sure where Twin Lake is but it seems in PA that's the going price if it's 4x4. That's why I bought a 2wd for 1/3 of the price in nicer shape.
