Cutting up cylinder heads and engine blocks and putting them back together

He takes old motorcycle engines and increases the number of cylinders by cutting up the heads and cases and matching parts , 

he has made his own roller crank from scratch , cut down a couple camshafts in sections and welding them back together , welding heads and crankcases  and more 

all this in a small home "Shed" workshop

he is adding 2 cylinders to have a straight 6  :)

Really interesting work he does with some of it.  He just sealed the water jackets on his internally so that despite it being a single welded cylinder head, its acting as if it is three separate cylinder heads.

I had to look it up, 'cause I couldn't remember the name for sure, but I have seen his 5 cyl Kawasaki "triple" in person. Started life as a 3 cyl., 2-stroke 750. Also saw his Z1 900 that was now a V8. Both were made from bikes I was into, and both looked like they came from the factory that way. He is amazing!
