Cold brakes. Aggressive race pads take a while to warm up, they also don't have anti-rattle clips, etc.
Years ago I attended a SVT Owners open track event and met a guy who owned/built chassis #3 that Factory Five built of the Type 65 Coupe. I loved it then and love it even more now. In the 14 years since then they have improved the car quite a bit. Here's hoping I finally get the shop space to build one of there cars.
I'm waiting for a new Spyder based on the Gen 3 coupe.
