Any word on the weather next weekend for the 24Hr? I know what WC says but what about the locals???
It's going to be 75 degrees with zero chance of rain and occasional cloud cover when the cars are on track, to give you photo opportunities. The beaches will be ~85 degrees with 78 degree water.
I hope.
Friday sounds iffy, but the remainder of the weekend promises to be dry and sunny, Mid 60's or better.
-update- I also heard some of the overnight temps are going to be obscenely low for my thin Floridian blood. (38*?) Bring a jacket if you're going to spend the night!
Plan on 80 during the day, followed by monsoon rains and 40 degrees at night. This way you are prepared for anything!
I predict 75 and clear -----glass being 1/2 full
heres a link for all you out of towners to keep up with our local weather

My brother in law told me to bring normal work clothes (jeans, good shoes, etc.) and clothes like I'm going skiing for the middle of the night on the 29th. He works for Magnus and I'm lucky enough to be part of their team this year. I hope I'll have a few minutes at some point to stop by the GRM tent.
I generally bring everything from shorts to my best cold weather protection + all my wet weather gear... remember Sun last yr... Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... while Sat was great and I had to scrape frost off the windshield Thur and Fri morning....
I will never forget Sunday last year. Found a hole along the fence in the infield with a view of the big screen and left the car only to go to the restroom. My wife would ask if I wanted to go for a walk and I would hold the door open for 30 seconds. She never went on a walk.
If I were going it would be either flooding or freezing or both, but since I am not going it will be 75, sunny and dry.
well 10 days ago they had a 60% chance of rain . Now theres not really any. so things are going the correct way for a gorgeous weekend
that'll be different .... only been coming for the last 5 - 6 yrs... not had a "great" weather event (not for the whole weekend) yet
