New, there isn't much in options. year or two old, there's more. The Elantra Touring was made until 2012, the Rondo until '12 IIRC. There's the TSX wagon from 10-13, no discontinued and out of production. Jetta wagons still exist, and they come with a tanning lamp on from the factory. The Sprectra5 was made up until '09.

Current wagon offerings bother me as well as I find them too "hatchback-like" with sloping roof lines and rear windows. A wagon should look like a long box, aero be damned.

BMW still offers a 3 wagon, but it's not cheap: base price almost $42K. Personally, if I were considering a BMW wagon, I'd look for an '08-ish 535xi with a 6 spd manual, although only if I absolutely decide I would be paying someone to maintain it.

The VW Jetta Sportwagon is the only one I've found that is still available with a manual transmission. The Elantra GT is also available with a 6 spd, but calling that car a 'wagon' is a stretch.

Did they finally stop making the Toyota Matrix? That was basically a wagon.

In reply to Sky_Render:

It appears 2013 was the last year. The Prius v, the 5-dr Yaris and a couple of the cross-overs are the closest Toyots to a wagon right now.

More hatch than wagon but the Focus ST has compensations as well

The Fit is the new small wagon. I've crammed an amazing amount of stuff into mine over the years

Small wagon 15 years ago probably equals hatchback now, and there are a lot of them. Ford Focus comes to mind.

As a Kia Soul owner, I can tell you that it is NOT a small wagon. The back area is very small, much less space than the Escort. Great little car, but not a wagon.

There is still a TSX wagon shown on Acura's site for 2014.

They're already made, no more being made. THe TSX is officially discontinued. Production has already stopped etc. What's out there is it.

Not that it was very good to start with. 3500+lbs, with a 200hp, torqueless 4cyl with an automatic as it's only drivetrain option was far from being anything worth writing home about.

Depends on your definition of a station wagon. The size of the Fit's rear door and the low floor allow for some very awkward stuff being shoved in.

So does the 2000 Elantra wagon. Point? I thought the question was "who is still making small wagons?"

Read the thread Title...get back to me. You can still build the TSX on the Acura website.

Really? We're going there? The TSX is discontinued. We can no longer place orders with Honda. The production for the 14's has ceased. The TSX is discontinued. Period. There's no discussion on this. Our rep informed us of this months ago (technically last winter that it was disc). We haven't received a new TSX in almost 3 months now. The only ones left are the ones on the dealer lots now.

Honda leaving it on the website is about par for the course. They still show a wood shift knob for the '13-14-15 MDX that's never been made available and we received notice to cover it up in the accessory books.

The issue is, as per the thread title, is if they exist. Yes, brand spanking new Acura TSX wagons exist. Period.

There might be a brand new '78 Pacer somewhere still, doesn't mean it qualifies as still being made..

Automatic trans and smaller engine options only, just like the 3-series Touring.

Considering they made about 20 of them and sold about 12, then yes, technically you are correct.

I checked around here and there were no new TSX wagons nearby. The closest was over 100 miles away in Lakeland; in fact, the only one within 200 miles. There can't be many new ones left. On the other hand, there were lots of used and certified ones around.

Surprised nobody has mentioned the company that (more or less) was known for many years as the "go-to" family wagon (at least during my childhood, when everyone had one)....which has a medium-sized sportwagon (about the size of the TSX wagon) currently available...with a turbo 4, a turbo 5, and a turbo 6-cyl available. In FWD or AWD.
