It's more the thought of that it's some new groundbreaking thing when in reality is it's a lukewarm rehash, IMO. Hence the K-car reference. I like the idea of a hybrid. It still won't make me stop in at the dealer to look at it, but to each their own.
How many vans can haul a full size pallet and get 30mpg or better?
Sure, you could say its a rehash of things that have been done in Europe, but the fact that Americans are finally starting to understand the utility in a 30mpg cargo van says alot.
