Aren't there a few in around SC, NC, GA? I know about Tail of the Dragon one.
Near the top there were a couple of high speed corners with a big bump in the middle. I remember the car moving over the entire pavement width with the car at about top speed for the course. Definitely an attention getter! I hate they shut it down.
There were some on Whiteface Mtn before the state shut it down.
There is a perfect one near Lake George, Prospect Mtn. Again the state won't allow it
There is the Mt Washington event in NH.
Full season in VT.
My hometown of La Crosse, WI had a hell of a candidate for a hillclimb. I've attached a Google map image. Look in the middle at Bliss Road. That's a roughly 800 foot vertical climb
There's the annual Virginia City Hillclimb in NV, though they're having issues getting permits for this year.
