A suggestion for reoccurrence for those that want to jump on the bandwagon late in the game - Figure out the cost of the total add and divide it by the number of photo slots. That becomes the new contribution amount. Pics need to be GRM approved, run it for as long as people want to pay to see themselves in an ad.

Looks like 22 photo slots (this time) and ~$2200 / full page if an ad is run 8 times (1 year).
I had to go back to the media kit linked in page 1. Tom discounted things this time around, but I'm not sure quite how much. I like your idea though and am definitely in for month #2 if this is a thing.

My understanding was all the prep here was for the June issue. No way did they get all the page layouts complete, printing, binding, mailing between last week and having it hit mailboxes this week.

I never got one, maybe my subscription expired? Is there a way to find out? We get so many subscription notices that start as soon as a renewal subscription starts I just ignore them.

I mean.....you aren't wrong. I actually got 8 renewal notices before I got my first issue when I reupped 2 years ago.
I actually still get renewal notices for the account I originally had before the new one got made.
