A couple of days ago, I got a bunch of 502 errors or time out errors when trying to access the forums. It's working now, but it sure does seem to be a lot slower on page loads. Like 20+ seconds at times. This is on multiple computers and three different internet connections.
Is it just me or was there a issue I didn't hear about?
Its slower than molasses.

I’ve experienced it to, believe someone started thread in off topic forum about this. Not sure if there working on it.
When checking the forum 30-40 times a day this slowness is getting annoying.
I don’t have time to waste.
And I thought it was just my computer or router being a PITA.
I’m so happy you posted this. Yes, it’s pretty tedious. I know we’re spoiled as opposed to the dial up days but this is annoying
Ok, it's not just me, then.
It's for real; there was a discussion a few days ago; oddly, it seems to also differ between the two sites (I thought it was odd, anyway). CM was timing out repeatedly this morning at a moment when GRM was about as fast as it's been in the last week.
I believe folks are aware of and working on it, so I'm waiting anxiously...

Sooo slow. My current coping strategy is to open a bunch of threads in new tabs (ctrl+click each thread) and then go through the tabs one at a time, that way they're loaded already when I get to them. No waiting, just a bit of extra clicking.

That's my SOP even when the forum is running smoothly.
Still woefully slow. I think the hamsters need replacing.
Slow for me too. Other sites are loading snappy, but GRM is slower than a split-window beetle.
They're working on fixing the hamster and maybe getting him a new wheel to spin on.
It's been driving me nuts since the weekend - it was actually so bad I took a day off from the site...
It just took close to a minute to load the very first page so I think there were 2 hamsters powering it and one has died, but is stuck on the wheel so it's harder for the remaining hamster to turn the darn thing!
Whatever was being done overnight seems to have solved the latency issue!

Working great for me this morning. Almost like cloudflare or something similar wasn’t working before.
GRM is back!!!!! I could not get to the site at all last night but this AM all seems back to normal.
So what was the problem?
