I was just planning on sending out the info about the "unpleasant man" insisting on getting his $55 parking "fine" but I've been thinking about it.  That guy basically stole $55 from sick kids in the hospital.  That is a BAD thing, if you ask me.

John is doing a GOOD thing.  And those who do good things should be rewarded tenfold.  So to that end I am going to challenge all of us on Team.Net to come up with $550 to give to him.

Looks like it was resolved with a refund of the fine and extra cash raised. Asshatery avoided.

I was going to sign Logan's name on it when it was at The Mitty, but I couldn't find any room!

Glad to hear the parking thing was resolved. I wonder whether it was a case of the phone ringing off the hook, or the owner asking, "You did WHAT?!?"

I love a happy ending. Yeah, the link won't work on a mobile due to eBay's insistence on directing all mobile traffic thru their crappy mobile interface.
