One recent "non-motorcycle" moment: I was driving my son through town in the Miata. We were passing under a railroad bridge that was sort of a "mini-tunnel". Basically, out of boredom, I downshift and nail the throttle. I got a glorious, resounding "BRRRAAAAAAPPP" bouncing off the walls of the bridge. My son thought it was hilarious, and was doubled over laughing in his seat. Making a kid with autism laugh is a golden moment. We go out of our way to go under that bridge now.
