Simple as the title says- does anyone have the EEC-IV pinouts for a Merkur Scorpio? Year is not so important......
And I had made it to Dork on the last Board before the software change

I can get them for pretty much any year they were sold in the US; let me know what year and I'll see if I can post one.
Thanks- It doesn't matter what year, really. I'm putting a 2.9 from a Bronco II into a 76 Capri, and I need to figure out hiw to wire the deal. unlikely there is significant differences betwen model years (88 & 89). The engine uses a hybrid Bronco II / Scorpio intake (so I can close the hood)
Hiya John- need to get back in the habit of coming here. Get turned off due to long wait times to load threads when new software was introduced a year or so back. And I'm no sir....
Toy in question is
This pic taken circa 94 when I lived in sunny socal. I particularly like this pic because it looks like the green leafage behind the car give it kind of a crazy hairdo....
Anyway, had carbed 2.8, blew a freeze plug and puked coolant on the way to church one fine sunday morning. Bent the belly of the motor, it was never right again. So as time progressed, I bought a new toy
Starting to close in on finishing it up, and simultaneously managed to park the Bronco II on it's side, pushing the A pillar back a few inches. Since the 2.9 is a later development of the 2.8 cologne, why not? Bronco II intake is too high for the original hood, so need something a bit more subtle, like the scorpio intake. Just happen to have a couple of them floating around......
Anyway, European 2.9's were MAF, don't know if the US Scorps were SD or MAF, and the Bronco II were SD except for some California permutations (I think 89-90), so I'm trying to hunt down the US Scorp permutation to I can wire it up all nice and legal in case I find myself moving back to the southland, an increasing possibility with my job in Detroit having, shall we say, evaporated.
Oh Baxter...... where are you?.....
