I think you've got it there, Taiden. As to the 911 and E30 M3- I don't think they are the most beautiful, but they are among the most iconic. Different story.
Pearley has been around for a while, and I'm sure that, like all of us, he is biased and/or opinionated towards his favorites.
Plus, he's a cool car guy.
Yup, that list was bad. 
I think any online list of 'best of' only exists to increase traffic to their website, they don't necessarily care if their list makes sense or not.
