I have so very much down cellar, that I often go "shopping for free" down there. Between dinner and TV time, I head down with a plastic bag and root around for something cool and easily packed and sold. Bring it up stairs, clean it up and put it on one of the forums for sale.
Neat way to clean things out of there and make some extra coin to buy more stuff to put back down there.
I keep car cash separate from the real money. Sell something to buy something else, otherwise I'm doomed.
