Flight out of Cleveland at 5pm and into Jax.
Will see the car for the first time on Thurs morning, get to host hotel Thurs afternoon.
Compete on Fri & Sat then drive home 1,000 miles on Sun.
What could go wrong?

What are you driving home? (I've been on vacation and probably missed this somewhere...).
Be safe everyone.
I am flying into Jax tomorrow morning and will keep an eye on any traffic tips posted up, thanks.
I never did work out a deal for a car of my own this year so I will just grab a rental at the airport and head to the hotel. Should be in around 1pm? I'll try to keep an eye on the forums in case anyone needs me to pick up anything/anyone along the way.
If we haven't met in years past, I am the tall, fat, white guy limping around with the carbon fiber cane... and yes everyone just calls me "tb"
Be safe, everybody!

Fly-compete-drive? Ballsy.
For the Challenge historians out there, what's been the best placing of a Fly-buy-challenge-drive home competitor?
Can't wait....today is my "Friday"!! Putting the rest of the car together tonight, fixing the tow dolley, and loading up the jeep with Wheels to sell (That are sold)!

Still- for a stock car like that, you are going to beat the heck out of it.
To do that on a used car, and THEN drive it home...
I guess it's good that you are probably not considering a NOOZZZZ shot.
Since I'm fairly local (2hrs away) and conserving money at the moment, I'll be heading to Gville early Friday morning. I'm in the faded black Miata with blue wheels and my name's Andy. See ya soon!

You'll win the party event with the "Find the hidden coke lines" game on the car.
You'll need to log in to post.
