How true, motorsports does bring us to some very cool locations and through some very cool locations!
Have some great memories, one of which is driving straight through from Topeka Kansas Autocross Nationals to Ft.Lauderdale. On one of my driving stints it was through the mountains of Tennessee about 1am with Hurricane Ivan blasting through. What made it most memorable was seeing a semi truck blown over against the mountain, torrential rain, 80 MPH with tire trailer pulled behind a 350 with owner of car sleeping through it all!
Watkins Glenn, is amazing, with awesome drives around the surrounding area's. Glen Curtiss museum, state park with amazing waterfalls and of course the Seneca Lodge, to name a few.
