Chrysler/Fiat has shown a new version of the 500. Mainly it has a reprogramed ECU done by Magnetti-Morelli (sp) and will be available through Moparparts.

200hp for the Euro version, I expect the US to have more. Specially once Mopar gets its hands on one.

I really don't like the carbon fiber hood. The whole car in carbon fiberwould be cool but the hood only looks bad

cool that all the parts are going to be available, scared to see what they will cost.

well if the $1000 seat upgrade is any indication, this will probably take the car from $22,500 to 30k+

I'm with you. Any time I price out any of these trendy cars, I end up adding almost nothing in the way of options, because in my opinion, they already have more crap than I want.

If those Mopar parts keep warranty, I can't describe how much I want an Abarth.

I want mine spec'd out exactly the same as the black one pictured. And with those seats, they look like sex

This looks to be what everyone here has been waiting for. It was the height vs width issue that is keeping the SCCA from greenlighting them for autoX. 2" ought to fix that.

Now that's awesome! That's exactly what I hoped they'd bring to the table. It will make the little car than can a winner.

This 200 hp little beastie already exists, from the factory. It's called an Abarth Assetto Corso.
