My son's 2005 Chevy Astro. Had the A/C vacumed, pressure tested, refilled. No A/C. We then tested the low pressure switch, relays and fuse. No power to the 10 amp fuse. Confusion sets in. Continue testing electrics, no joy, compressor works. Then the "aha" moment. My son had done a bunch of engine work. Maybe the compressor was not plugged in on the high side. Tada! The plug was not fully seated. Ice cold air. KISS principal in action. Always check the simple things first.
