Should be good to go thru New York, you're at a good point in the day. I've done the run from CT to SC over 40 times, and have yet to avoid some sort of backup, even at 2 am. Good luck!

Woody, what mileage did you get for the whole trip?

It was really, really poor. And the tank only holds 18.6 gallons, so when we filled up, the dash said 220 miles until empty before we even left the gas station. That’s 11.8 mpg. My Tacoma does better than that towing a Miata on an open trailer in the mountains.
In the course of this journey, I managed to drag home a pair of free EVs...
My Dad is the original owner of these two old Segways. He didn’t have any real reason to own them, aside from thinking it was a cool idea and he wanted to try them. They’ve had very little use, but both need a lot of love. I haven’t ridden one in years, but they are a surprising amount of fun, in a Paul Blart kind of way.
I’m hoping to get at least one of them cleaned up and running again this summer.

There will be a Segway build thread for sure, but I need to sort through some life stuff first.
I have mixed feelings regarding the new Tappan Zee bridge. I’ve loved the old one since I was a little kid.
