Yes, I know, do bears defecate in the woods...
Case in point - local Ford dealer has a 2018 RS in stock with a "fake MSRP" of $53k (they don't show on the website how much they actually want).
Carmax up the road has a 2016 with 4k on the clock for $37k. Which, based on MSRP is still pretty good residual value for a 2 model year old car.
If I were in the market for an AWD with a manual transmission, I'd wander over to Carmax for some odd reason.
meh. I still wouldn't touch those things with a 10ft pole until Ford admits the head gasket issues are their fault
In reply to MazdaFace :
I thought that was a not that big of an issue that was fixed already. Like cars from one particular shift got the wrong head gasket and the cars that were effected were getting fixed under warranty.

I've been tempted by a few base models in my area for 35k new and ~32ish used.
In reply to MazdaFace :
I think they finally did admit there was a problem and are fixing them under warranty. Also changing the design to avoid future problems.
