3M 2097 filters if you weld. TRY THEM! You will thank me. 
I pair them up with a 6000 series half mask, but would love to jump on the 7000 series half mask. They seem much better suited towards welding (exhaust exits DOWN instead of forward).
Oh and I used to have a Speedglas 9002x with flexview and let me say, I love my Jackson HSL-2. They both have their uses, but if someone is hemming and hawing over which mask to get, I say start with the HSL-2 and get some nice filters. (For those who may not know, the 9002x is a godly auto-darkening mask from a few years ago.)
Another plus to the HSL-2 is you can buy an Optrel Satellite auto darkening lens that fits right in if you want to upgrade later on. Full featured Optrel godliness in a 2x4 package. The Jackson 370 headgear is the best I've used and the shell is extremely good, so I see this as a better option than most autodarkening masks. (In my humble opinion).
