The thing is, the guy seems to have decent fabrication skills but no taste whatsoever. He needs to put someone else in charge of design.

or he is very good with the "bog" to cover up his welding and sheetmetal "skillz"
There's more overspray if you look closely, sideview mirrors, driver's side window, he painted the key-hole! I'm also seeing many many many many things that aren't correct in proportion, the scoop, the headlights, the grille is tilted, it's literally an eyeball job. I'd give it a 10 on the blows goats meter...
He sure was obsessed with that grill in the picture blog on the build.
Can't hardly believe he didn't notice how off the headlights were as he was cutting and tacking the sheetmetal in place.
Only thing I can guess is perhaps he decided on this look deliberately.
maybe the car had a flat while he was working?
