Pulling into the driveway, balljoints decided they had enough. I will say the location was pretty convenient. Other than blocking the subdivision road for a period, it could have been worse.
We called about 10 tow trucks, and all of them had the, we don't move for under 140$ fee. Rwd plus a jack. Sketchy? Extremely. Did it work? Damn straight it did.

been there. We weren't so lucky on the location, but it worked out well.
You really have been there.
Were you able to get the fender back in the right shape? This one looks just like that after the break.

I honestly don't know, it was a buddies work truck, so it was already pretty rough. That was 2012 or so.
We were towing a trailer down through a canyon between El Dorado and Auburn CA and right before the bottom switchback it let go. Me and two guys I'd just met that morning directed traffic for about an hour before one of their friends came with a flatbed.
Had it on my 01 tacoma too
