Someone flagged it. There's a local guy that built one and is teaching himself to fly around the corn field.
Film at 11:00 .......
I sent a text to the owner before it got flagged ,
Lets see if he answers , it was listed for 14 hours overnight so I am sure a bunch of the Craigslist night crawlers contacted him !
Google image search found it here:

I'm not risk-averse and will try almost any contraption at least once, but having watched that video I can only say that a gyrocopter, especially one you build yourself, seems an unnecessarily complicated and drawn out way to commit suicide.
These are devices whose sole intended function is to get you far enough above the ground that the fall will kill you.
I'm pretty sure I've happily decreased my life expectancy just by clicking on a thread titled Free Gyrocopter. But...how could you bit be excited about a FREE GYROCOPTER!

Paul Poberezney is weeping at this statement. The problem with gyrocopters is people think than any idiot can fly them, and then attempt to do so. It's an aircraft and you need the proper training.
I'm sure there are lots of videos of these things crashing, as they seem ideally suited for the task. What would be totally mind-blowing is seeing a video of them actually sustaining flight.

While I'm sure there are those who have mastered gyrocopter flight, they seem almost designed for spectacular failure. I'd happily build myself an ultralight helicopter and fly it blindfolded and on fire before I got into a gyrocopter. Relying on an unpowered rotor for lift is the worst of all worlds.
In reply to AAZCD :
Yeah I was expecting way more like that last one. The rest just looked like operator error to me?

At least you don't take off in a gyrocopter by jumping off a cliff...
This reminds me of my last visit to the auto parts store. The guy in front of me was looking for some specific kind of exhaust pipe piece. He said he was building his own pulse jets to attach to a home built ultralight. I'm guessing we'll be reading about him in a Darwin award at some point.
