So my daily driver is in need of some new suspension. '15 FRS
Other than full rear end/diff mount, tranny mount and steering rack bushings it's all stock.
I was looking at the Meister ZetaCRD, TEIN Flex A or the CSG Spec version if I end up going with coilovers.
My goal is to end up with something that is a bit stiffer and a little lower than stock. The roads in southern Arizona can be rough and I find myself on dirt roads so I don't want something too low or stiff.
Suggestions?
A bit stiffer and a little lower than stock I'd recommend the favorite lowering spring and B6s or Konis, I think a better value than coilovers.
I run coilovers on the Miata, the budget Goodwin Feals, love them, but after running a street oriented set up with konis on the E36, it's a little better daily set up. I also did just springs and shocks on the e30 when I had that, and it daily'd great for six years between the girl and me.
SoAZ roads are sometimes less than stellar, I know. I will drive more distance for smoother in nearly all cases.
For daily driving I'd highly recommend the classic tried and true Sachs Performance Package dampers + RCE Yellows combo that is so popular in the GT86 world.
You can get the package with nearly new dampers for ~$850
