It was featured on Bring a Trailer a few days ago and in a thread around here somewhere.

Nah, not if you learn something.
Point your little arrow thingie over the picture you want to HotLink
Right click
Click on "Properties" and a small window pops up
Put the cursor on the http/ part, hight light until it lights up blue.
Click COPY
Then Cancel at the bottom of the window
Go to the GRM reply box, click the Camera on top of the box
Put the cursor in the rectangular line, click Paste.
Hit OK.
