It looks a whole lot like Jim Hall's shop out in Midland, Texas.
I've had the pleasure of meeting Gene a few times and even talking with him. He's still sharp as hell, and great to talk with. Unfortunately, I know in the past year or so he was the victim of elderly abuse from his caretaker, and he was even hospitalized due to physical abuse.
There was an auction a while back of his cars, tools, etc. As mentioned there have been recent issues with his caretaker.

She was really running the show back then , selling T shirts etc , keeping a schedule of events Gene was doing etc.
Gene had old friends coming by all weekend and was having a good time at 95 as it was his birthday that weekend,
So sad it went bad , but looking back I can now see it was not going to end well between them.
Apparently the shop has been for sale for over a year, with a gradually declining price. Original listing was for $595,000.
