It's been acting flaky on my Android phone as well. Mostly the black banner at the top getting stuck in the middle of the page.

Yes, that's exactly what's going on with mine too.
Yeah - the phone stuff got busted when the header at the top got fancified.
If you pinch to zoom so you can read the text, the banner becomes too big to see anything else. It's OK. The mobile device fad is almost over - everyone will be back at a desktop soon enough. Probably.
I've mentioned it a couple of times in other threads. I figured it was just my old phone being flaky. It's running a fairly old OS and browser.
I'm having the same problem. Well, maybe. My header gets bigger and bigger the more I try to zoom.
No problem here on a galaxy s5.
